who makes it?
stormi bree and saro. best friends, years of making things together.
why the name?
for the constellation.
where is it made?
hand-poured in california. the vessel is cast by hand.

what does andromeda smell like?
green citrus, then black pepper, jasmine and amber, over smoke, sandalwood and musk.
how long does it burn?
about forty hours.
how big is it?
6.7 oz of wax in a solid concrete vessel. heavier than it looks.
is it soy?
a soy blend, not 100% soy. phthalate-free fragrance, cotton wick.
what is the vessel?
solid black concrete, hand-cast and sealed. made to keep.
why does mine look different?
each vessel is cast by hand. the surface and the shade vary.

shipping and returns
is shipping included?
yes, within the united states.
do you ship internationally?

when does it ship?
mondays and tuesdays, so nothing sits in a warm truck over a weekend. arizona and nevada travel two-day air, at no cost to you.
it arrived broken.
we replace it or refund you, and nothing needs to go back. email studio@lyracalifornia.com with three photos: the box with its label, the packing still inside, and the candle.
can i return it?
unburned, within fourteen days, for a full refund.
can i send it as a gift?
it ships in its own carton, sealed with a small lyra sticker. no pricing anywhere in the box. reply to your order confirmation with a note and we will write it in.
burning it
how do i burn it?
first burn two to three hours, until the wax reaches the edge. trim the wick before each burn. stop at half an inch.
what about the vessel after?
freeze it, the wax releases, wipe it clean. keep it.
